New communication technologies re-establish society under our eyes. Groups with common interests coalesce into virtual space, acquiring social force, creating new symbols and brands, causing social movements and trends whose influences extend considerably beyond the boundaries of these communities. In 2009, over six months, 12 artists along with theoreticians and sociologists researched virtual communities and tested artistic ways to communicate in this environment. The catalogue contains the result of the research and the art projects made by them.
